Logs
- Log File Distribution: Log files are spread across all machines with a SIT BIL Component installed. For comprehensive analysis, gather all logs rather than subsets.
- Config Phase Issues: If issues occur during configuration, only the
BILConfigurationToollog might be necessary.
Log Levels
- Available Log Levels:
- DEBUG
- INFO
- WARNING (Default setting)
- ERROR
- FATAL
- Deeper Analysis Needs: The default WARNING level might not suffice for detailed analysis. For issue reports needing in-depth investigation, request DEBUG level logs. Perform initial error checks to determine if DEBUG logs are necessary.
