Problem

When attempting to download a solution from the Cloud using Opcenter Intelligence Connect Cloud, users receive an error message stating, "There are no Physical Sites available". This issue occurs during the "Read Site Configuration from cloud" process.

 

Solution

To resolve this error, ensure the following steps are completed:

  • Open Opcenter Intelligence Configurator.
  • Check that the "Opcenter Intelligence Cloud End Point" prefilled field URL is exactly as follows:
  • Ensure the URL ends with a "/" character.
