Functionalities Enhanced / Added in 2501

Order Management

  • CNC Machinery now allows you to edit and delete CNC files
  • Create Process Definitions without specifying the Final Material 

Data Acquisition

  • Selective rollback in Work Order details
  • Validation on rollback of produced Material
  • Usage tracking task
  • Rework flow task in Operator Terminal, support to rework flows
  • Rollback of consumed material 

Interoperability

  • Http Connector Management user interface
  • New Kafka Connector supporting the publishing and consuming of Kafka messages
  • OPC UA Connector supports subscription to data changes
  • OPC UA Connector supports subscription to events
  • OPC UA Connector supports browsing of OPC UA nodes
  • OPC UA Connector supports fetching of OPC UA historical data
  • Improved organization of Interop model
  • New troubleshooting documentation for Interoperability
  • Two new columns have been added to the Detailed View: Open NC and Closed NC, which show the count of open and closed Non-Conformances for the work order
  • The new Active Non-Conformance tile has been added to the Summary View. It shows the number of open work orders that currently have at least one open non-conformance
  • You can now click  on one of the tiles of the Summary View to filter work orders in the Detailed View by the total shown on that tile

Non-Conformance Management

  • Implemented additional new fields: "Description" and "Responsible User" in General tab, available during creation process
  • Show additional columns: "Created by" and "Responsible User" in the Overview page
  • Sending Non-Conformance Data via NATS message – Updated with additional properties in the message
  • Failure Pattern Search updates
    • Show Attachment icon indicator
    • Show Classifications icon indicator
    • Select a failure with a single click and view its children by clicking on the icon
  • Taking live pictures for attachment component
  • Rework Handling with T&T: Operator is able to decide the Rework Work order-operation, where the rework should be carried out
    • Option is available in the General tab of Non-Conformance creation
  • Fetching of Work Order Operation for MTU in General tab is extended

SPC Inspection and Evaluation

Assembly of Resources

It is now possible to assemble multiple Resources to a Resource. This helps to create a hierarchy of Resources. Likewise, it is also possible to disassemble the Resources.

 

Defining State Machines

It is now possible to define a State Machine for the state tracking of a Resource.

You start by creating a State Machine, define various Statuses on the State Machine, and configure transitions on the states. The Resource Class gets a new Attribute - Status to enable you to associate the State Machine. Resource created from such approved Resource Class, holds the State Machine details.
