Windows cannot complete the extraction. The destination file could not be created.

When generating reports with Audit Logging in Siemens Xcelerator Admin Console:

Upon downloading the report as a zip file, an error message is encountered when trying to open the file.

"Windows cannot complete the extraction. The destination file could not be created."

All reports are encrypted using AES-256 and compressed/zipped using Deflate, requiring a password for decryption and extraction.

Due to the lack of native support in the Windows operating system for AES-256 password decryption, the error message is displayed and no prompting for a password. 

Workaround is to use an alternative archiving tool (e.g. 7-Zip, WinRAR) that supports AES-256 passwords.
