You did not receive an e-mail notification that you expected. Typical email messages include password reset requests, training enrollment notifications, corporate account updates, or membership information.

Solution

The simplest solution is to whitelist *.siemens.com on your system email filters to account for all email messages generated from various functions.

If you are required to whitelist only specific email addresses, include the following:

  • Password Reset Requests: no-reply@sw.siemens.com
    If you request a password reset and do not receive an email within a few minutes, confirm the message was not stopped by your email filter. If not, it is likely that you do not have a Siemens Account. You will need to create a new Siemens Account when you log into Xcelerator Academy.
  • Notices: XceleratorAcademy.sisw@siemens.com
    These messages may include corporate account updates or membership information.
  • Typically formatted as training.COUNTRY.plm@siemens.com
    These messages include enrollment status updates, reminder messages, or cancellation notices. Regional Training Contacts for email address used by the Learning Services group in your region.
