It seems like that the driver you are using is supplied by "Microsoft" and not from FTDI. We'd suggest to remove the driver entirely, and use the driver from FTDI website.
Issues: The T3ster SI USB connection failed, We checked the Hardware device control manager, seems no driver on it. Would you pls. check which Driver needed?
