When trying to edit X/Y coordinates in the Panel Layout List, the field gets selected. It is possible to edit a specific value.

Details

This is a defect in the latest DevExpress component used in 2404. As a workaround, after selecting the field, click on the 'end' button in the keyboard. This places the cursor to the end of the field and then you can use the arrow keys to move the cursor.
