Starting from IPL2210, only one "Tray Coordinates" pattern is necessary in "Configure Barcodes".
The operator needs to scan the coordinates with a lowercase 'x' (X Tray Coordinate) (e.g., TPx3) and a lowercase 'y' (Y Tray Coordinate) (e.g., TPy6) to specify the tray coordinates.
Above behavior is confirmed base at IPL 2210.
