During Stackup creation, the following error is shown (red letters at bottom of image):

What it’s saying is that if 100% of the resin flow into layer 3 is coming from the closest prepreg – where 2.7 mils becomes 1.5 mils as a result of resin flow – the remaining thickness is within 10% of that 1067 prepreg ply’s glass thickness. 1067 glass is nominally 1.4 mils.  1.5-1.4 = 0.1 mils.  0.1/1.5 ~ 7%, which of course violates the 10% rule. If the need is for 8 mils or so in that layer 2-3 gap, the workaround would be to go to 2 prepreg plies > 2.7 mils:

It’s the same overall thickness as the previous one, but I swapped the bottom 1067 for a thicker 1086, and swapped the top two 1067 prepregs for thinner ones to match the original thickness:
