This article applies only to an environment that has the application client connections to Capital™ Manager distributed by a load balancer (Capital™ Server Manager). The log messages indicate that one of the Capital™ Manager instances is unable to communicate with the main Capital™ Server Manager.
When multiple Capital™ Manager machines are being monitored for load balancing, via Capital™ Server Manager, it is required that each Capital™ Manager instance periodically sends load information to the Capital™ Server Manager. When a Capital™ Manager instance has difficulty communicating to the Capital™ Server Manager, it outputs this message to indicate an issue:
ERROR chs.capitalmanager.appserver.AppServer - Unable to send connected user information to the Server Manager due to Unable to send connected users detail to Server Manager.
Typically, a simple restart of either the Capital™ Server Manager, the Capital™ Manager instance with the error messages, or both (at next opportunity), should resolve the issue.
If the issue persists despite restarting the processes, it’s recommended to open a support case for a more in-depth investigation. Please ensure to upload all Capital™ Manager log files and specify which one is the Capital™ Server Manager (load balancer).
