Summary
The method for launching Capital Harness Formboard Designer changed with the release of 2308. Prior to 2308, Formboard Designer was enabled through licensing/configuration when launching Capital Harness Designer. With the release of 2308, new launcher icons “Capital Formboard Designer” and “Capital Formboard Designer Modular” are used to launch Formboard Designer.
Details
If you need to open full scale diagrams, make sure to launch "Capital Formboard Designer" or "Capital Formboard Designer Modular". This will consume a Capital Formboard license and enable formboard capabilities. If no formboard licenses are available, the tool will fail to open and an error message will report the cause of the failure.
