  1. You need to export the Foster or Cauer RC network, here is an example with 4 stages compact network with Rthjc 0.3K/W.

  1. Under T3ster Master Zth plot, pls. clik show button under Setting-Zth-Compact model. You could check if it match with the measurement data at the first section.

  1. Right click on the plot window and choose copy data

  1. Create a new txt file, and paste the Zth response based on the 4 stages network. Now you could deal with the data with your familiar data process tool, such as Excel and so on.
