Summary

When trying to open a Documentation Session, it just quickly flashes and then closes without an error message. No error messages present in the log file.


Details

There are two possible reasons for this issue:

  1. No printer installed. Check that the print spooler service is enabled and that you have at least one printer available
  2. ServerWebInterfacePort blocked/not available. Check that no other application is using the port specified in the server config file:

    <add key="ServerWebInterfacePort" value="7403" />
