Timeout removed in 2312 milestone, so it is mandatory to close down the tool to release the license.
From the milestone 2312 of Capital Embedded Integrator AR Classic tool the license handling has changed.
Previously, the license timed out if it was left idle. In the new version, the license is only released once the tool is closed.
