Capital Component Manager is checking out both a chslibrary and a chscisclient license when it's launched. This article describes why and that if a chscisclient license isn't available chslibrary and a composite license will be checked out.
As of Capital version 2207, Capital Component Manager is now able to run custom actions. When plugins are present that run in Capital Component Manager both chslibrary and a chscisclient license will be checked out.
If a chscisclient license isn't available, a composite license will be checked out along with chslibrary. For example, chsharnmpm_c.
If no plugins are present that run in Capital Component Manager, only a chslibrary license will be checked out.
