After performing an IIS (Internet Information Services) reset, users may encounter a situation where the Line Manager becomes stuck


  1. The proposed process is as follows:

    1. 1.Avoid executing an "IISRESET" command, as it will recycle every application pool. Instead, focus on stopping and starting the specific application pool relevant to the task.

    2. 2.In the event of an IISRESET, it's recommended to manage the REST API services by either stopping or starting them using OP EX Management Studio. Alternatively, consider executing an Update Database operation with the "Generate REST API services" option.
