To move two misaligned layers to the same origin point, follow these steps:
1. Display the layer to be moved and the reference layer, and make the layer to be moved the current working layer.
2.Click on the "Select by area" icon and then drag a box to select the entire PCB board. All objects within the board will be selected, and you will see a yellow arrow indicating the current layer.

- Select the drop-down menu "Edit > Move > Same Layer".
- Select a circular or square pad on the board and click on it once.
- Press the "S" key on the keyboard, and then press "A". The current layer will switch to the reference layer.
- Click on the same circular or square pad on the reference layer. The objects on both layers will overlap.
Note: Make sure to snap to the center of the pad in the Snap settings, so choose regular pads (circular or square) as the selected objects
