Based on the out of the box (OOTB) asset type details (here), only these attributes, where "considered in calculation" equals to "yes", will be counted in UTS multiplied by the number they are used/instantiated.
For example, when creating a new asset as below:

In case the above example will be used twice (e.g. by creating two assets), then in total 6 asset attributes (3 attr. x 2) will be counted in UTS.
