Valor Process Preparation Comp export is missing in DXF on Panel Level

Summary

When customer is trying to export a DXF from Assembly level there is possibility to select : Comps top & Bottom. When performing the same procedure from Panel level the same option are missing. See attachments below. How to correct this.?

Details

There is a small bug that prevents the component layer to be shown in the layer list at Panel level during DXF export.
Workaround:
j- add a dummy component at panel level, this will trigger the component layer for DXF output, and output all components.
