Please follow the below steps to create a case for Online Order help:

1. Go to the Support Center: https://support.sw.siemens.com/en-US/
2. At the bottom right of the page, click Need help with an Online Order 
3. At the bottom of the page, click the Request Online Order Help button 

  4. Please include relevant information and fill out the form  
  5. Click Submit Request
