Summary
Some of the products of Simcenter Motion modules like Transmission Builder, Time Waveform Replication etc. are supported with a MATLAB runtime. This is an external software and need to be updated and troubleshooted as per software provider. It causes run time errors in running applications supported with this software. Most frequent is by creating an unrecognized function or variable 'ctfroot'.

Many users have reported for below mentioned error while working with Motion modules such as Transmission Builder and Time Waveform replication.
Resolution of Issue:
Resolution of Issue:
- This is a known issue by Mathworks.
- Users can get rid of this error by deleting the CTFROOT folder in MATLAB folder.
- User can go to C:\users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\<Username> folder
- Delete the mcrCache folder and then,
- Run setup again.
