Summary
In version 2210 when opening the dashboard app you may see the error below.
Details
This error can happens since in 2210 if only one of the equipment type in the factory layout is not configured ( empty field in SRC), the dashboard will failed to load( will return 'null').
you can run the following URL to check which equipment in the factory layout needs to be modified:
https://gatewayservername:8811/api/v2/sites/factory-layout
make sure you are logged in to CN EL before running the URL.
The setting is called ResourceType in SRC:
To see changes in FactoryLayout you first have to Import the factory again in CN EL Portal.
Once you change this setting for ALL the equipments in the factory layout restart the gateway and dashboard services.
