Summary
The Classic DRC/LVS/PEX GUI, version 2023.1 or later, (which is enabled with environment variable CALIBRE_ENABLE_CLASSIC_CI_DRC/CALIBRE_ENABLE_CLASSIC_CI_LVS/CALIBRE_ENABLE_CLASSIC_CI_PEX ) does NOT read the SALT_LICENSE_SERVER variable.

Error: Licensing Problem.
Please set the MGLS_LICENSE_FILE or the LM_LICENSE_FILE environment variable to the license file name.
If running the Classic Calibre Interactive GUI with Calibre versions 2023.1 or later then to enable this to obtain a license you must set MGLS_LICENSE_FILE (or LM_LICENSE_FILE) variable as well as the SALT_LICENSE_SERVER variable.
I.e.
SALT_LICENSE_SERVER 1717@hostname
MGLS_LICENSE_FILE 1717@hostname
