Under some circumstances some GUI features may not be seen or miss placed.
Windows or Popups not arranged as expected.
This could happen if Windows and Popups are moved manually and could not be placed back or embedded in other windows.
Running the Application on different computer with different screen resolution.
Solution
From the Menu run the command Tools --> Reset GUI Layout
When done you have to restart the Application
