Details
Historically a standalone version of Coverage Analyzer has been packaged separately within the installer named "Coverage Analyzer Linux Install" with the filename "coverageanalyzer_install_<VERSION>.aol".
As Verification IQ provides a more tightly integrated and more advanced version of Coverage Analyzer than the standalone version, standalone Coverage Analyzer will no longer be included in the Verification IQ release installs will after the 2023.4 version.
From 2024.1 onwards, the highlighted "coverageanalyzer_install_<version>.aol" will not be available:
If you are currently using the standalone version of Coverage Analyzer, we recommend that you transition to the Coverage Analyzer within the Questa Verification IQ solution which is packaged within the installer named "Questa Verification IQ Linux Install" with the filename "viq_install_<version>.aol".
