Riffyn X How to create a New Riffyn X Account

Admin request — Most companies require their designated Riffyn X Admin to create new user accounts. Contact your company's Riffyn X Admin to request a new user account. If you do not know your company's designated Siemens Riffyn X Admin, generate a support case via Siemens Support Center.

Request a new account from Admin

1. Send a request to your Riffyn X Admin.
2. If your Riffyn X Admin grants your request, you will receive an email from Riffyn X with account activation instructions.
3. From the welcome email, click Activate Account.
4. Once on the account activation page, create and confirm your new password and account recovery questions.
