In product configuration page of Siemens Siemens Xcelerator Admin Console, product name "Teamcenter collaboration with Teamcenter Share" is not available in the Add Configuration dropdown.
"Teamcenter collaboration with Teamcenter Share" should be visible in admin console Product configuration, if you have any one of the below listed licenses:
To check if you have the required license, login to admin console and click on "License Details" as shown in below screenshot.
If you have any one of the required license and still cannot see "Teamcenter collaboration with Teamcenter Share" in the product configuration of Siemens Siemens Xcelerator Admin Console, open a support case in support center.
"Teamcenter collaboration with Teamcenter Share" should be visible in admin console Product configuration, if you have any one of the below listed licenses:
- TC10101: Teamcenter Author
- TC10102: Teamcenter Consumer
- TC10103: Teamcenter Occasional Author
- SE381F: Solid Edge Prem Floating TC Bundle
- SE380F: Solid Edge Classic Floating TC Bundle
To check if you have the required license, login to admin console and click on "License Details" as shown in below screenshot.
