Teamcenter Share Unable to login to Siemens Xcelerator Admin Console || Login Stuck with a spinning wheel

Issue: When you login to Siemens Xcelerator Admin Console, the login gets stuck with a spinning wheel

Cause: This issue might occur if you try to login

• When you are not one of the admins in the Siemens Xcelerator Admin Console
• When you login with an incorrect email id (the one that is not added as an admin in the Siemens Xcelerator Admin Console)

Solution: Check the following:

• You are an admin in the Siemens Xcelerator Admin Console
• You are using the correct email (one which has been added as an admin to admin console) to login to the Siemens Xcelerator Admin Console
