Excel launches with error message: "Some 
components of XCargo don't support..." 

Problem: 

When starting Excel with XCargo installed, the following error message is displayed:

Reason: 

Problem is a new feature in Office that tries to support the use of multiple screens with different DPI.  

 

Solution: 

Disable feature  

1. Go to File --> Options --> General. 

2. In the User Interface Options area, select Optimize for compatibility under When using multiple displays. 
3. Confirm with OK. 
4. In the User Interface Options area, select Optimize for compatibility under When using multiple displays. 
5. Confirm with OK.
