Steps to get the diagnostic logs from Advanced Logging for connector.

1. Right-click the Connector application in the notification area of your computer.
2. Select Help→Advanced Logging.
3. Repeat the scenario that caused the incident or problem.
4. Right-click the Connector application in the notification area of your computer and select
Help→Diagnostics Logs.
5. Click OK.
A zip file that contains all the log files is saved at this location: %appdata%\Roaming\Siemens\Connector\DiagnosticLogs.
Share this zip file with the Customer Support when you create an Incident Report (IR) or Problem Report (PR).
Note: It is recommended to disable the Advanced Logging after you generate the required log files.
