Simcenter 3D Solutions How to Reset the GUI Graphical User Interfaces for Simcenter 3D/NX and Femap?

In Simcenter 3D/NX, do the command as follows:

File, Preferences, User Interface, Reset Window Position

If this doesn't resolve the issue, the program need to be closed, and then delete the folder as applicable as follows:

C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Siemens\Simcenter 3D<version>

C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Siemens\NX<version>

In Femap, within the program do as follows:

File, Preferences, User Interface (tab), Reset User Interface

Then close and reopen the program.

The above will usually resolve any difficulties such as unusual behavior with the User Interfaces.

It may also improve performance.

The above may be done on a regular basis as Preventative Maintenance.
