Something Went Wrong Error When Logging into Teamcenter Share - Case Sensitive Inputs
This article explains about the issue when a user enters his/her email ID in capital letter while signing in to Teamcenter Share
Problem Description: When a user tries to sign in to Teamcenter Share and the page asks for an email ID:
The user enters his/her email address starting with a capital letter, clicks Next, and on the below log-in screen enters his/her email address in lowercase:
It gives the below error:
Solution: Please enter your email ID on both screens in lower case as the Web key stores email addresses in lower case only. We're working on getting the web keys access and store insensitive email addresses in the future. Please follow the instructions provided in this document until the change is in place.
