Details

If a customer doesn’t receive the invitation e-mail after being added as an Teamcenter Share member / added as a Guest to view a project from Teamcenter Share or doesn't receive the verification e-mail to complete the sign up process (due to the access denied error), please check the following:
  • The given e-mail address is correct and valid
  • Check the Junk-Email folder and see if the invitation/verification e-mail is placed there
  • If the issue still exists, please get in touch with your local IT and make sure the sender "no-reply@sw.siemens.com" is not blocked by your local e-mail policy.  
If after checking the above points the issue still exists, please open a support case under Teamcenter Share Product Center and provide the details of your local IT examining the system policy. The engineer from the Cloud Technical Support team will review the case and get back to you as soon as possible.
