If Postprocessing shows empty screen (only white/default background with CSYS), this might be an indication of the use of uncertified graphic card. The user needs to assign a more performant and/or a certified graphic card.

It might even happen that the problem only occurs when opening the model and then postprocessing the results using SC3D but not when using NX (or vice versa), although the SC3D installation was actually part of the NX installation. If the machine has more than one graphic cards, it is possible that somehow the lower performant graphic card is assigned to either the program showing the symptom.

The remedy is to specifically assign both NX and SC3D to the more performant and/or certified graphic. For machines with multiple graphic cards, this can usually be done inside the settings of the graphic card. Below is an example for NVDIA Graphic Cards.
