Siemens Xcelerator Admin Console Siemens Xcelerator Cloud Account and Licensing Activation



In this startup guide you will find some basic information about how to activate your Siemens Xcelerator Cloud Account, how the Admin Console and Teamcenter Share are working


  1. Once the customer has purchased a software product with a hybrid SaaS license type, an e-mail (sometimes one per product) will be sent automatically from Siemens PLM License Generator to the following persons: the ECA admin and the Contract admin. As shown below the e-mail includes the information about the Sold-To number, Webkey access code and ECA Admin etc.
  1. The e-mail also contains access details for the Siemens Xcelerator Admin Console (marked as yellow). For any customer to access Teamcenter Share functionality, they first must assign users in Admin Console.
  1. Login in the Siemens Xcelerator Admin Console. You can also follow the instructions provided by the video here .
  • Enter a friendly name for your account and select your region. Allowed Account name pattern is “^[A-Za-z0-9\\s_ ()-]*$”
  • You will be presented with the Teamcenter Share product with appropriate licenses
  • Verify the license details
  • Click on the “Assigned Users” tab and press the “Add User” button and enter the user/member who will be using Teamcenter Share.
  • The user will be visible on the “Assigned Users” tab
  • Once the user/member is added they are ready to login to Teamcenter Share.
  1. Access Teamcenter Share
  • Visit
  • Login using your Webkey
  • Accept “Terms and Condition” and then you should be able to operate normally within the application
