This article explains why deleted accounts appear on the list of accounts in the Admin Console pre-production environment
During the creation of every entitlement, a renewable subscription time is allocated to it. An account will disappear immediately from Teamcenter Share Pre-production when deleted but will continue to appear in the list of accounts in the Admin Console pre-production until the subscription time elapse.
The validity of entitlement can be checked via https://lio.preprod.bas.sws.siemens.com/
