This article covers how to locate the current version of a SaaS Application – including details on the Web Client, Admin Console, and Desktop Connector versions.


The Web Client of a SaaS Application and Admin Console are Native Cloud products which implies that when a user signs into the application they are launching the latest version that Siemens has made available in the production environment.
The Desktop Connector application is installed and runs locally on the user’s PC and is updated regularly via the web.
To find the Desktop Connector version.
  1. Launch the Desktop Connector
  2. Select Help>About
  3. About dialog indicates the version number (i.e. 2902.0300)
