When using Share in Incognito mode in Chrome, why am I unable to access the In-App Help feature?
This article explains how to gain access to the In-App Help feature within Share while using Incognito mode in a Chrome browser.
When using Incognito mode in Chrome, you will need to turn off 3rd party blocking for the Help content to be displayed. To do so, follow these steps:
Within the browser window, you will see a symbol in the Chrome address bar
To change this setting, click the symbol and press the “Site not working?” link
Within that window, press “Allow Cookies”
Refresh the page. You will then be able to use the Help button and all of it’s associated content
