When using Incognito mode in Chrome, you will need to turn off 3rd party blocking for the Help content to be displayed. To do so, follow these steps:

- Within the browser window, you will see a symbol in the Chrome address bar
- To change this setting, click the symbol and press the “Site not working?” link
- Within that window, press “Allow Cookies”
- Refresh the page. You will then be able to use the Help button and all of it’s associated content
