How do I download files to my computer?
This article instructs you on how you can find specific details about downloading files to your computer via our in-app self-service.
Sign in to the SaaS Application, click the question mark icon located on the left-hand panel:
Enter “Download files to my computer” into the question box. Information will display with details about how this works within the SaaS Application.
