In version 14.10 content of [ValorMDM].[dbo].[EquipmentStatus] - need to be verified, if there are duplicates.
Please keep backup, of this table and delete the duplicates or update the StatusId.
The issue came, due to duplicates, in the user defined status, which client fills by themself.
